The hotel’s sales growth includes, marketing and internet marketing, strategic orientation and hotel operations plan (master plan / business plan / marketing plan)

for achieving the objectives of each hotel-client of Hotel Vision,

requires a serious, quality plan.

At Hotel Vision, after studying all the data, the requirements and objectives, we design, recommend and implement the necessary actions and solutions for each hotel-client

which wants a stable and targeted qualitative development.

Hotel Vision’s Sales Development Plan

includes actions and decisions, such as:

1.    Collaboration with corporate and travel agencies for the hotel-client

2.    Clear understanding and commitment to each hotel’s business strategies. After that step, we set the goals and determine action plans to meet these goals

3.    Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly

4.    Identification of new markets and business opportunities for increased sales

5.    Represents hotel-client in various events and exhibitions if necessary

6.    Implements all sales action plans related to hotel-client’s market areas

as outlined in the marketing plan

7.    Conducts and arranges site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients, if necessary,

or in collaboration with hotel owners

8.    Provides quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties

& develops professional long term business relationships

9.    Provide the highest quality of service to the hotel-client at all times

10. Participate in sales with members of sales team to acquire new business

and/or close on business

11. Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked, writing contract, customer correspondence

12. Able to support hotels-clients service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience

13. Work closely with hotel owners to ensure proposed rate negotiations

meet the financial needs of the hotels-clients

14. Develop strong relationships with on property front office team

to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals

15. Assess additional training needs based on data gathered and interaction

with sales team from property visits

16. Attending all department and hotel meetings if necessary

17. Targeting key accounts potential for the hotel-client

18. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers

to enable future bookings

19.  Develop relationships within community to strengthen and expand

customer base for sales opportunities

20. Acquiring and developing new business accounts

and preparing sales proposals for clients

21. Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients
