Human Resources Department has always been
the most crucial and most significant department
in all businesses & especially in the tourist/hotel sector,
where the final result/product is not something
you can touch or see but usually, partially ‘’taste’’.
In the end, the final product is a unique experience
that all hotel guests can take with them,
packed in their memory cells!
Our goal in Hotel Vision
is to meet the comprehensive needs of our hotel-clients in human resources,
with planning and cohesion in the context and needs
of the market and of the hotel-client.
The five steps ‘’circle’’ system
we apply at Hotel Vision involves:
1. Finding staff for all hotel departments
2. Selection of staff needed with credibility and same rules
upon selection/choice for all staff members
3. Keep an updated ‘’pool’’ of staff members
4. Give the necessary guidance & coordination
to all staff members & all hotel departments
5. Keep the hotel staff educated and updated
for any new method/program/information
necessary for high end & quality offered services
