Marketing Strategy

Our marketing strategy's objective is to communicate the unique set of services that each unique hotel-client of Hotel Vision offers to its guests. We attempt to direct the focus

of the hotel’s guests to the issues of quality and value for the money

as opposed to simply the bottom line costs associated with their stay.

Our marketing strategy will allow us to communicate each hotel’s (our client) brand values, develop close working relationships with each of our hotel-partners customers and suppliers and to identify the needs of each hotel guests in an effective manner.

Continued differentiation and growth are two goals we have set for ourselves.

Growth will take place by targeting new areas of business within local,

national and international communities.

as such is every single of our clients-hotels.

Critical Issues

Our differentiation strategy, our flat structure and highly skilled and well trained staff

are only some among our strong points. There is always a need for a hotel-partner

to communicate its strategy more clearly in the external environment,  to develop a way

to face a high staff turnover and also the training requirements

due to seasonal fluctuations must be confronted.

Although there is always a low to medium threat of a competitive brand entering the market at start up level, at the same time there are also opportunities regarding the high level of dependency of our hotel-partners for our particular unique service and our strong position within the market with both customers and suppliers.

Critical issues for Hotel Vision include:

  • Continuing to differentiate from our competition and offering

added value to our clients.

  • Retaining our current levels of repeat business and developing further

customer loyalty in a competitive market.

  • Attract new market sectors and services and combine them for a mixed

       higher final result creating a new complex of services for our clients.

  • Continue to be perceived as a supportive member of each hotel partner/client

of Hotel Vision.

Financial Objectives

  • Increase overall room revenue step-by-step through programmed planning

and decision making, periodically  (per year or season)

  • Accomplish growth within the decided given budget of each hotel-client

of Hotel Vision

  • Keep payroll expenses to low levels and reduce the level of overtime

     within the workforce of each hotel-client of Hotel Vision

Marketing Objectives

  • To Evolve the communication of each of our hotel-clients strategic objectives

to its agreed target markets effectively

  • To Provide a positive hotel experience for each of Hotel Vision’s hotel-client guests

  • To Accomplish each hotel-client’s growth targets within the given time and budget

  • To Expand for every hotel-client of Hotel Vision its markets and identify new markets for its offered products and services.

Our primary targets always correspond to each hotel-client’s needs and depend

from its regional position, its place at the hotel market during the period

we begin our partnership and the goals each hotel-client sets along

and in collaboration with Hotel Vision
